What Shipping Methods are available?
Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen. You can place an order online and pick it up by yourself at the warehouse, or we can provide delivery services for you.
How About The Return Policy?
We offer a seven-day no-reason return policy upon meeting the following conditions:
1.Product integrity standards: The product must maintain its original quality and function, with the product itself, accessories, trademark labels, etc. all complete. If consumers open the package merely to check the quality or function of the product and it does not cause any depreciation of the product’s value, it is still regarded as the product being in good condition.
2.Packaging requirements: If the outer packaging of the food has a one-time sealed package, it must remain intact; otherwise, the seven-day no-reason return policy will not be supported.
3.Time limit: Consumers must submit a return application within 7 natural days from the date of signing for the goods (counting from the day after signing for the goods).
Does Free Shipping Include Returns As Well?

The consumer bears the shipping cost: The shipping cost for the seven-day no-reason return is generally borne by the consumer themselves. If the product offers a free door-to-door return or exchange benefit, the actual benefit shall prevail.
The merchant bears the shipping cost: If the product has quality issues or is returned due to the merchant’s reasons, the shipping cost shall be borne by the merchant.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
After placing an order for a product, you can return it and make changes at any time. If the product has already been sent out, you need to wait until you receive it and return it before making any modifications.
How does your order return process work?
Consumers can click on “Apply for After-sales Service” on the order details page, select the “Return/Exchange” option, fill in the reason for the return and submit the application.
After receiving a return application, the merchant must provide the return address and other information within the specified time and complete the refund after receiving the return.
Do you have a retailer in my country?

How did my package ship?
Warehouse management: Goods are stored in self-owned warehouses or cooperative warehouses. Logistics classifies, marks and stores goods through an advanced warehouse management system.
Goods packaging: Warehouse staff pack the goods and attach the labels of our brand express delivery. After the packaging is completed, the goods will be sent to the sorting center of the express delivery.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Express delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive, and in some remote areas, it may take 5 days.
How do I know my package has shipped?
Log in to our website, find “Check Your Package” or a similar entry in your personal center, enter the order number or tracking number, and click “Check” to view the logistics details.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Common causes
System delay: There may be delays in the update of logistics information, especially during holidays or peak periods of express delivery.
Transportation status: If it is long-distance transportation, especially inter-provincial transportation, the package may be in transit all the time, and the logistics information will remain at the status of “destined for a certain place”.
Data synchronization issue: There may be delays in data synchronization between the logistics center and the platform.
Courier operation delay: The Courier may not have uploaded the logistics information in time.
Lost or damaged package: If a package is lost or damaged during transportation, it may result in the inability to update logistics information.
