Inspired by her grandmother’s homemade hawthorn water in her childhood, the team aimed to create a beverage that could relieve greasiness and was healthy, filling a gap in the market. Thus, “Wang Shan Zha” (Hope Hawthorn) came into being, which was the prototype of the Hao Wang Shui brand. Hao Wang Shui positions itself as a new – style herbal bubble fruit juice brand, mainly targeting young middle – class and trendy people in first – tier and new first – tier cities. The brand name implies “giving good hope”, hoping to convey good wishes through its beverages. For example, the product names in its “Wang Series” all carry different positive connotations. “Wang Shan Zha” hopes people can gain health, and “Wang Tao Hua” (Hope Peach Blossom) implies the harvest of sweet love. Production Process and Ingredients Hao Wang Shui pays great attention to its production process, using a traditional whole – fruit simmering technique. First, local characteristic fruits are made into dried fruits, and then they are simmered in sections to retain the original flavor of fresh fruits to the greatest extent. At the same time, traditional Chinese herbal ingredients such as smoked plum, tangerine peel, liquorice, and roselle are added to enhance the beverage’s taste layers and health – preserving effects. For example, the addition of tangerine peel and liquorice in “Wang Shan Zha” not only enriches the taste but also strengthens the function of aiding digestion and relieving greasiness. A small amount of bubbles are also injected during production, providing a unique drinking experience. In addition, most of the products are sterilized three times at low temperatures, without adding flavors, pigments, or additional preservatives. This not only ensures food safety but also allows the products to be stored for 6 – 9 months while maximizing the retention of the fruits’ nutrients.
